DXRacer will not waive restocking fees for any returned damaged goods. Please allow 10-15 business days after your chair has been received by our warehouse to allow us to inspect your return and process your refund. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 days for the return/credit process and for it to be posted on your credit card.
